Job summary

Butlin's in the United Kingdom is hiring a Team Member Plus to work across the resort, supporting different teams and helping deliver a fantastic guest experience. You'll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodation, with the rest of the week in areas such as sports, restaurants, buffets, bars, shops or the fairground.

No two days are the same. Live-in accommodation is available if you’re relocating, and you’ll receive a comprehensive 90-day induction with a buddy to help you get on

Qualifications

• No prior hospitality experience required; attitude and energy matter most.
• Comprehensive 90-day induction with buddy support.
• Willingness to get stuck in and learn across resort areas.
• Live-in accommodation available if relocating.

Responsibilities

• Full-time role 30–35 hours per week across 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends.
• Work across resort areas such as sports & activities, restaurants & quick-serve food, buffets, bars & shops, and the fairground.
• You may work in more than one area as needed.
• Support guest experience across multiple teams to deliver high-quality service.
