Job summary

Annan Hospital is recruiting a Hotel Services Assistant to join the Hotel Services team. You will support catering and domestic duties to deliver a high quality service for patients, staff and visitors, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.

The post requires working a flexible rota between 7am and 6.30pm, including weekend shifts as required, and upholding infection prevention and control standards across all duties.

Qualifications

• Duties include catering and domestic tasks for patients, staff and visitors.
• Maintain hygiene and safety in line with infection prevention standards.
• Assist with preparation and service of patient meals and other catering duties.
• Work flexibly across a rota with shifts between 7:00 and 18:30, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with catering and domestic duties to support patient care and service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety acrossHospital/ward areas per IPC standards.
• Contribute to meal preparation and service for patients and staff.
