Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Bank Maintenance Officer to support the maintenance, repair and installation of electrical, mechanical and gas equipment for on-site residential staff accommodation at the NNUH site.

The role includes occasional grounds work, coordination with the Accommodation Manager and assistance to tenants, with a short interview assessment. Bank hours as required with NHS benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance skills across electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Willingness to perform practical tasks and adapt to site needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance/repair/installation for residential staff accommodation equipment.
• Carry out grounds maintenance and cleaning of external areas as needed.
• Assist Accommodation Manager with prioritising and scheduling maintenance works.
• Offer support to tenants and report anti-social behaviour.
