WWL is seeking a Porter Supervisor at Royal Albert Edward Infirmary, Wigan, to oversee day-to-day portering operations and ensure timely movement of patients, goods, and mail. The role requires supervisory experience, strong numeracy, and good communication; the team delivers 24/7 services across all sites.

The post requires an attendance record, flexible shift availability, and working knowledge of MS Office, Health & Safety, and HR policies.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day running and organisation of portering duties to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure rotas are completed and timesheets entered; manage training records and PDRs.
• Assist Deputy Hotel Services Managers across duties for efficient operation of Porters/Storekeepers & Waste Porters.
• Contribute to health and safety compliance across sites.
