Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and check deliveries against delivery notes, orders and systems; identify quantity and packaging discrepancies.
• Report missing, damaged or unsuitable deliveries promptly to the supervisor.
• Record receipt and maintain audit trail with evidence of delivery.
• Sort, organise and store goods in designated areas.
• Load, unload and move items using handling equipment.
• Monitor stock levels, support stock rotations and assist with stocktakes.
• Provide porter services such as pharmacy runs, moving furniture and transporting records.
