North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Bank Porters/Drivers to support portering services across its Whitehaven and Carlisle sites. The role involves moving patients, waste, and equipment to ensure patient care remains timely and safe.

Bank Porters work with the Shift Team to handle the workload fluctuations with periodic rota reviews. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to work varied hours are essential for this post.

Formación

• Good level of GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
• PMVA certificate or equivalent.
• Fire warden certificate or equivalent.
• First aid trained.

Responsabilidades

• Support portering duties including movement of patients, waste and equipment.
• Assist with shifting loads and coordinating with ward and department teams.
• Work within the Facilities Management Department to ensure service delivery.
