Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3.
• Maintenance experience required.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, installs, replaces, tests and troubleshoots water and medical gas supply and distribution systems.
• Performs general maintenance duties and operates building systems.
• Responds quickly to emergencies and supports other staff on projects as needed.
• Assists with equipment installations and safety inspections.
• Provides training to staff for light plumbing maintenance and repairs.
