Job summary

The Wellington Hospital, part of HCA UK, is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in London. You will work across dispensary, procurement, stock control and medicines distribution, supporting ward top-up services and day-to-day pharmacy operations under the guidance of Senior Pharmacy staff.

We offer a range of benefits, a 37.5-hour week, and a temporary contract until October 2028 at a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Registration with GpHC (General Pharmaceutical Council)
• NVQ3 in Pharmacy or BTEC in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent
• Experience of working within a hospital environment (essential)

Responsibilities

• Work across core pharmacy operations including dispensary, procurement, stock control and medicines distribution
• Assist in ward top-up services and support the technical team under guidance of Senior Pharmacy colleagues
• Contribute to meeting Key Performance Indicators and ongoing development of the pharmacy service
