Job description

Job Title: Hospital Pharmacist

We are seeking a committed and experienced Pharmacist to lead our client’s busy Hospital Pharmacist team at their acute hospital site in Oxford, Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the delivery of a high-quality pharmacy service
• Providing professional advice to clinical staff and consultants as required
• Integrating medicines into a personalised pathway of patient care

About the Hospital

The hospital is part of a group of 31 acute hospitals, operating as a charity with no shareholders. It has 64 beds and is renowned for excellence in neurosurgery, cardiac care, orthopaedics, and cancer care, supported by a specialist paediatric ward, a 7-bed intensive care unit, and a 6-bed PACU.

Person Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist with full GPhC Registration
• Current or recent experience at Senior Hospital Pharmacist level or above
