Job summary

Scarborough Health Network at Centenary Site is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to perform technical and clerical tasks in the pharmacy. Responsibilities include transporting medications, pre-packaging, preparing sterile and non-sterile compounds, stock replenishment, filling prescriptions, and supporting quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician program graduates awaiting registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Minimum of 1 year related experience
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates a commitment to customer service when dealing with patients, colleagues and volunteers
• Follows SHN safety programs and participates in in-service education
• Demonstrates good work performance and attendance

Responsibilities
