Job summary

C Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust seeks a skilled Multi Skilled Services Engineer (Mechanical) to join the Estates and Facilities team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London.

You will maintain a wide range of mechanical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to repairs to ensure critical services stay safe, reliable and compliant. The role includes on‑call duties, development opportunities, and benefits like NHS Pension and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering Services or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years industry experience delivering multi‑disciplined mechanical works.
• Registered with a recognised professional body (e.g., IWFM, CIBSE, IOSH, NEBOSH).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compliant mechanical maintenance across the Trust, adhering to HTMs and standards.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems.
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders while supporting budgetary control and on‑call duties.
