Leaders in Care is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead a 15-bed specialist neuropsychiatric rehabilitation hospital in the Corwen area. You will shape quality, culture and patient outcomes, overseeing clinical governance, HD operations, and recruitment with support and CPD.

The role requires RMN or RNLD with NMC PIN, strong leadership, and a track record in HIW/CQC frameworks, plus experience in investigations and service development. Salary up to £85,000 with DOE.

Take the lead of a specialist neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service as Hospital Manager, shaping quality, culture and patient outcomes from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RMN or RNLD to lead a 15-bed specialist hospital in the Corwen area.

As Hospital Manager, you will have responsibility for the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the service, leading across clinical, operational, financial, HR and recruitment functions. You will receive expert clinical supervision, peer support and ongoing CPD.
