Job summary

Leaders in Care is assisting with the recruitment of a Hospital Manager for a 15-bed specialist neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service in the Corwen area. You will shape quality, culture and patient outcomes from the ground up, leading across clinical, operational, financial, HR and recruitment functions.

You will receive expert clinical supervision, ongoing CPD and strong career progression within a trusted specialist provider.

Qualifications

• Qualified RMN or RNLD with a valid NMC PIN.
• Management experience in a neuropsychiatric service.
• Experience with HIW requirements or equivalent regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and day-to-day operation of the hospital.
• Maintain HIW compliance and high standards of clinical governance.

• Oversee referrals, assessments and effective bed management.

Take the lead of a specialist neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service as Hospital Manager, shaping quality, culture and patient outcomes from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RMN or RNLD to lead a 15-bed specialist hospital in the Corwen area.

As Hospital Manager, you will have responsibility for the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the service, leading across clinical, operational, financial, HR and recruitment functions. You will receive expert clinical supervision, peer support and ongoing CPD.

About You

To be considered for this Hospital Manager position, you will have:

• Qualified RMN or RNLD status with a valid NMC PIN.
• Management experience within a neuropsychiatric service.
• Experience working within HIW requirements, or equivalent regulatory frameworks such as CQC.
• Strong leadership, clinical governance and performance management skills.
• Experience managing investigations and complaints.
• Leadership & Management or Health & Social Care qualifications are desirable.
