Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd in Corwen region is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead a 15-bed specialist hospital delivering neuropsychiatric rehabilitation, clinical governance and strong patient outcomes.

You will oversee strategic direction, day-to-day operations, HIW compliance, and a multidisciplinary team; opportunity for RMN or RNLD with NMC PIN to shape service development and career progression.

Qualifications

• RMN or RNLD with a valid NMC PIN and current registration.
• Experience working within HIW or equivalent regulatory frameworks (e.g., CQC).
• Strong leadership, clinical governance and performance management skills.
• Experience managing investigations and complaints.

Take the lead of a specialist neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service as Hospital Manager, shaping quality, culture and patient outcomes from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RMN or RNLD to lead a 15-bed specialist hospital in the Corwen area.

As Hospital Manager, you will have responsibility for the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the service, leading across clinical, operational, financial, HR and recruitment functions. You will receive expert clinical supervision, peer support and ongoing CPD.
