About the Facilities

Cygnet Delfryn Lodge: Our high-support inpatient rehabilitation (Level 2) service for women with severe and enduring mental illness, often detained under the Mental Health Act. Many women come to us after multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programs, or as a step-down from secure settings.

  • Maintain high standards of client care and employee engagement.
  • Manage bed availability and coordinate referrals and assessments with the Head of Care and Responsible Clinician.
  • Lead investigations, participate in audits, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Identify opportunities for quality improvement and commercial growth.
Requirements
  • Managerial experience leading a team within an inpatient service.
  • Registered Nurse qualification with a valid PIN – RMN or RNLD.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, lead by example, manage performance, and use initiative.
  • Experience with CQC guidelines, relevant legislation, and professional regulations.
