Job summary

London Tenders is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver an Embedded Youth Violence Hospital programme at Northwick Park Hospital in Harrow. This initiative aims to provide immediate intervention and long-term support for young people up to 30 years old involved in gang-related activities and serious violence.

The role will involve coordinating a team of 2 case workers and a team leader to assist young individuals presenting at A&E with violence-related injuries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver immediate intervention to young people presenting at A&E with violence-related injuries.
• Provide long-term support for young people up to the age of 30 involved in gang-related activity, knife crime, and serious youth violence.
• Coordinate and support a team of 2 specialist case workers and 1 team leader within the Northwick Park Hospital setting.
