Ashgate Hospice invites applications for a Bank Retail Driver to support our charity shops across North Derbyshire. This zero‑hours role requires reliability, good communication, and the ability to handle stock while delivering items to shops and donors efficiently.

You’ll join a values‑driven team, with options for flexible working and DBS checks as part of our safeguarding commitments, plus access to staff parking and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a range of people.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of stock and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Drive the collection and delivery vehicle to collect/deliver donated or purchased stock.
• Transport goods between donors, shops and warehouse.
• Keep vehicle clean and road‑ready by checking oil, water, tyres and pressures.
