Job Description:

Pulse has recently partnered with a leading healthcare provider. We are currently looking for an experienced Hospice Physiotherapy Team Lead to provide clinical leadership and support for the service. The role is based in Central London, easily accessible via public transport.

About the role:

As a Hospice Physiotherapy Team Lead, you will be involved in clinical and service development to ensure patient care is planned, delivered, and evaluated according to evidence-based practices. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and maintain a robust service that integrates seamlessly with other center services.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Hospice Therapy Team.
• Coordinate therapy services across inpatient, day services, and community settings.
• Provide high-quality physiotherapy/OT services to a complex patient caseload with specialist palliative care needs.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration
• Experience in staff and service management
• Experience working across inpatient and rehab specialties such as oncology and respiratory care
