Job summary

Marie Curie in Edinburgh is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site facilities team and ensure buildings, grounds and essential systems are well maintained for patients, visitors and staff.

You will manage planned and reactive maintenance, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment across the hospice site. Permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance leadership and budget oversight.
• Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Eng at least HNC/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Portable Appliance Testing (PAT).
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and fire safety.
