Job summary

The Bedford College Group is seeking a Lecturer in Horticulture to join the Land-based Education department at Shuttleworth College, Old Warden. You will deliver City & Guilds, T Level and RHS Level 2/3 programmes with a strong blend of practical and theory-based teaching, enhancing learner success.

You will monitor progress, provide guidance and personal tutoring to help learners progress to further study or employment; develop resources and participate in quality assurance while promoting
