The opportunity:

Due to sustained business growth, we are seeking to recruit Field Service Technicians to care for our plants in client offices in Manchester, Liverpool, and surrounding areas. Our technicians provide excellent customer service and are knowledgeable about the maintenance and care of office plants.

This is an independent role involving early starts each day, with responsibility for plant maintenance at several client sites on a 3-week rota. Technicians are part of a regional team of plant specialists who meet regularly both online and in person.

Location & Hours:

London, 42.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid break. The role is permanent, based at our client sites across Manchester and Liverpool, offering a variety of stunning office locations.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain high standards of internal plant displays at multiple client sites daily.
2. Provide excellent customer service, including completing site reports and maintaining accurate data in our systems.
3. Coordinate with your line manager and scheduler to ensure efficient and accurate rounds.
4. Work safely, following all risk assessments and method statements.

Requirements:

• A passion for plants and horticulture.
• Previous experience in horticulture and/or plant maintenance.
• A full clean driving license if a driving technician; walking options are available.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Ability to connect well and build rapport with customers, colleagues, and the wider team.
• Demonstrate core values and support business goals and customer satisfaction.
