The Opportunity

Due to sustained business growth, we are seeking Field Service Technicians to care for our plants in client offices in Bristol and surrounding areas. Our technicians deliver excellent customer service and are knowledgeable about plant maintenance and care.

This independent role involves early starts, taking ownership of plant maintenance at multiple client sites on a 3-week rota. Technicians are part of a regional team of plant specialists who meet regularly, both online and in person.

Location & Hours

Based at our client sites across Bristol, working 42.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid break. The role is permanent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of internal plant displays at various client sites daily.
• Provide excellent customer service, complete site reports, and maintain accurate data in our systems.
• Coordinate with your line manager and scheduler to ensure efficient and accurate rounds.
• Work safely, adhering to all risk assessments and method statements.

Requirements

• A passion for plants and horticulture.
• Previous experience in horticulture and/or plant maintenance.
• A full clean driving license if driving is required; walking options are available.
• Highly organized with strong rapport-building skills with customers, colleagues, and the team.
• Alignment with our core values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
