We're working with a growing independent garden retail business that is looking for a horticultural manager to run their modern plant area. If you're a horticultural supervisor, a well-established horticultural manager, or have experience in the garden retail industry and have a passion for plants, this position could be a great opportunity to step into this creative role!

About the role:

As horticultural manager, you'll have full creative autonomy over the plant area, focusing on creative and artistic plant displays all year round. You'll also be heading up a small team, making sure everyone works cohesively, delegating tasks, and creative a positive and motivated working environment.
