We are recruiting for a Horticultural Engineer in Stevenage, working within a well-established horticultural machinery business. This role offers to work on a wide range of modern horticultural equipment, carrying out diagnostics, servicing and repairs to keep machinery operating at its best.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical understanding and fault-finding ability.
• Experience with servicing, maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic systems and software.
• Service, maintain and repair horticultural machinery and equipment.
• Complete warranty, chargeable and internal repair work.
• Carry out routine maintenance and inspections.
• Safely operate machinery and use specialist tools.
• Liaise professionally with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within required timescales.
