Job description

Madisons are currently recruiting for a Horticultural Business Development Executive to get started on a permanent basis for a client of ours based in Oxford, Oxfordshire.

Candidate must be a Driver and have their own transport due to the location of the Office as well as this being a office/ feild based role.

Duties:

  • B2B sales enquires - both in office and face to face
  • Emails and Telephone enuiries
  • Must be competant using Excell and Microsoft Word
  • Meeting Sales goals
  • Cold calls
  • Liasing with existing client to generate re occuring business
  • Meeting clients face to face on sites
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal team
  • Use Excel, CRM, and ERP systems to manage sales processes effectively.
  • To succeed in this role excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and future customers. Previous experience within a sales role is desired.

Requirements:
  • A prior knowledge and experience within the Horticultural Insutry
  • Basic Plant/Perennials knowledge is essential
  • Previous B2B Sales experience
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Organisations Skills
  • Enthusiasm to joing an expanding business

Details:
  • Working hours - Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • Will include travel to meet with clients and customers
  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Starting salary
  • Progression available
  • Package included
