Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is seeking an organised, proactive Homelessness Support Worker to join a supported housing service. The role combines frontline homelessness support with admin duties to help residents secure housing, manage benefits, tenancy sustainment and move-on to independent accommodation.

You will work closely with residents, landlords and councils, carrying out check-ins, completing paperwork, liaising on Universal Credit housing costs and ensuring accurate records while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience working within homelessness or supported housing.
• Strong admin and organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with housing options, benefits and tenancy sustainment.
• Assist move-on planning to independent accommodation and private rented sector.
• Liaise with councils, landlords and housing providers; arrange viewings and complete tenancy paperwork.
• Maintain accurate resident records and complete check-in/check-out paperwork.
