Job summary

ND Care & Support Ltd. is seeking Homecare Workers to support adults, children and young people in their own homes and communities in the Llanishen area. You will help with personal care, daily routines, and community activities, while promoting independence and safety.

No prior experience is required; we provide five-day induction and ongoing training to build confidence and skills. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends, with DBS support and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• No formal caregiving experience required; training provided on onboarding.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.
• Ability to work with adults, children and young people in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults, children and young people in their own homes and communities.
• Support with personal care, daily routines, and access to community activities; promote independence and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in health or behaviour in line with policies.
