Job summary

Waiting-list posts for homecare and reablement support workers in the Primary Care and Older People directorate of the Western Health and Social Care Trust. The work centres on supporting older people in their own homes, with a reablement focus on helping them regain independence. Posts are offered on permanent, temporary or bank contracts, with rural rounds covered by a mileage allowance and enhanced rates for Saturday, night, Sunday and bank holiday shifts. Interviews are expected around mid-November 2026.
