Specsavers Home Visit services in Surrey is seeking a new Optometry Partner to join this successful business. The domiciliary market is rapidly growing, and Specsavers leads the way in providing excellent patient care with minimal wait times, serving the community effectively.

The Surrey Home Visits business covers Surrey, parts of Hampshire, Kent, West Sussex, and the South East and South London areas. Ideally, the new Optometry Partner will be based in the RH or GU6 postcodes, including Reigate, Dorking, Oxted, or Biggin Hill, to facilitate easy access across the territory.

As a Domiciliary Joint Venture Partner, you will lead the business, providing top-quality patient eyecare. The partnership includes yourself, the Optometry Partner, and a Customer Service Partner, supported by admin staff, schedulers, optical assistants, and other optometrists. You will also have a dedicated divisional manager for planning and operational support, along with marketing and recruitment assistance, and a tailored induction plan to ensure your success.

You will operate within a set territory, minimizing daily driving and allowing you to focus on building meaningful patient relationships and community ties, with autonomy to grow your business.
