Are you a driven and ambitious Optometrist looking for an exciting opportunity?

Specsavers Home Visit services in Essex is under new directorship and are now looking for two Optometry Partners to join our Customer Service Partner as the new leaders in this business.

The domiciliary market is growing at a rapid pace and Specsavers are at the forefront, leading the way offering the very best in patient care with minimal wait times, allowing us to service the community as and when they need us the most.

The Essex 2 territory spans from Epping to Colchester and Clacton on Sea in the north, Southend on Sea in the southeast to Romford in the southwest.

As a Domiciliary Joint Venture Partner, you will lead the business with the aim of providing the very best in patient eyecare. This Partnership will consist of two Optometry Partners and a Customer Service Partner, and you will operate your business with the support of admin assistants, schedulers, optical assistants, and optometrists. You will have the support of a dedicated divisional manager, who will support you with planning and strategies, along with ensuring your business is performing with the best operational excellence in line with our exceptional brand standards. Specsavers also provides marketing and recruitment support, plus your very own tailored induction plan, to ensure you are set for success at every step of your journey as a partner with Specsavers.

Geographically you will work over a set ‘territory’, meaning you won’t be expected to drive for miles daily. Your time as a partner and clinician is best spent building meaningful interactions with your patients and creating lasting ties within your local community, allowing you the autonomy to continuously grow and develop your business.
