The Role

We are seeking a Home Ownership Assistant to join our Home Ownership Team. The head office is based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This role will follow our Agile Working Policy, combining office and home working, with specific arrangements to be decided with the successful candidate.

Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality, efficient customer service by handling inquiries and supporting colleagues in the delivery of Right to Buy and Leasehold services.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating problem-solving skills, enthusiasm, and determination under pressure. You should be customer-focused with excellent communication skills, understanding customer needs and engaging positively with clients.

You must be able to work effectively as part of a team, show flexibility, be self-motivated, and prioritize your workload. Accurate record-keeping is essential for this role. This position is perfect for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service and motivated to make a difference.
