Avon Search is seeking an experienced Home Manager for a well-established residential care home in Herne Bay, Kent. You will lead the day-to-day operations, develop the team, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care in a warm, homely environment.

You will build relationships with residents and families, maintain compliance with CQC standards, and continue the home’s strong local reputation. The role offers £45,000–£50,000 DOE and full-time hours.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager.
• Experience within a residential elderly care setting.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate, lead and develop a team.
• Commercial awareness, including occupancy understanding.
• Genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
