Avon Search is seeking a Home Manager for a privately owned residential care home in Morecambe, Lancashire. The home supports up to 24 residents and focuses on person-centred residential and dementia care.

You will lead all day-to-day management, oversee care planning, regulatory compliance and develop a positive team culture within a small, welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Home Manager or Deputy Manager in elderly care.

Full Time Position

Avon Search is currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Home Manager to join a privately owned residential care home in Morecambe.

The home provides a warm and friendly environment for up to 24 residents, specialising in residential care for older people, including those living with dementia.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to take the lead at a smaller, established service where you can make a genuine difference to residents, their families and the wider care team.

With capacity for up to 24 residents, the service offers a more personal approach to care, with a strong focus on getting to know residents as individuals and supporting their independence, dignity and wellbeing.

As a privately owned care home, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the ownership team and play an important role in the continued development and success of the service.
