Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking an experienced Home Manager to oversee daily operations of the home, manage staff, provide support and foster their professional growth. You will create a nurturing environment for residents by upholding high standards of care and ensuring each individual receives excellent levels of care.

The successful candidate will have prior home management experience, a track record of achieving Good CQC reports, and hold an NVQ Level 5 or be working towards it.

About you:

The successful Home Manager will have prior experience in home management, a track record of achieving Good CQC reports, and a management qualification. You should be NVQ Level 5 qualified or working towards it, and have experience in person-centred care planning and caring for individuals with dementia. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with others are essential qualities we look for in our Home Managers. Good organisational skills and time management are also key.
