Working closely with your team, you will develop clinical practice, strengthen leadership capability, embrace innovation and help realise the home's ambition to become a recognised centre of excellence for dementia care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed leader looking for a stable, well-performing service, alongside genuine opportunities for career progression within a growing organisation.

You will be approachable, visible and consistent in your leadership style, balancing empathy with accountability and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the service.
The successful candidate will have experience leading nursing services and supporting the development of qualified staff. You will be confident coaching and guiding teams through change, embedding best practice and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
