Job summary

Icknield Court care home is conveniently located close to the town centre of Princes Risborough, and is within easy reach of High Wycombe. It provides a friendly and modern living environment and offers 90 individual rooms positioned across six wings, with facilities and outdoor/communal spaces for residents to enjoy activities.

As Home Manager you will lead and empower your team, drive occupancy, manage budgets and resources to keep the home financially viable, and build strong relationships

Qualifications

• Experience as a care home manager or in a senior leadership role in health and social care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent; related business qualifications/experience a plus.
• Ability to increase occupancy and manage budgets, resources and stakeholder relationships.

You'll need to be an experienced care home manager with, or working towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent and will have relevant business qualifications and/or experience.
