Bupa is recruiting a Home Manager for Kilfillan House Care Home in Berkhamstead. This permanent, full-time position involves leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care while driving business performance and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee all aspects of the home, build relationships with commissioners, and contribute to a supportive, quality-driven environment for residents and families.

Always putting the needs and wellbeing of our residents first - finding new ways to enrich their lives.You’ll be managing all aspects of the home, identifying business opportunities whilst effectively managing budgets, taking responsibility for the operating profit of the home, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas.
