• Type: Permanent, Full Time – 40 hours per week
• Salary: Up to £65k plus Home Manager bonus + Bupa benefits

About the Role

Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding, personalized care, prioritizing residents' needs and wellbeing. Manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities, handle budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and enhance the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare provider.

Note: You will need to register with the regulator, and may occasionally work out of hours or evenings.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong clinical knowledge and management qualification (LMCS, RMA, or equivalent)
• Experience in a heavily regulated sector with commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Ability to foster continuous improvement environment
• Effective communication skills and confident leadership style
