Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking a nurse-qualified Registered Manager for an elderly care home in Mansfield. You will lead high-quality, person-centred care, develop multidisciplinary teams and ensure regulatory compliance to drive continuous quality improvement.

A baseline salary of £70,000 per year plus quarterly bonuses and progression opportunities are on offer. Must be a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with experience as a Home Manager or similar, and be registered or eligible to register with the

• Experience as a Home Manager, Care Home Manager or Registered Care Manager in elderly care.
• Strong understanding of care quality, compliance and team leadership in a nursing home environment.
• Care Inspectorate registration or eligibility to register.

• Previous experience working as a Home Manager, Care Home Manager or Registered Care Manager within elderly care.
• Strong understanding of care quality, compliance and team leadership within a nursing home environment.
• Care Inspectorate registration or eligibility to register.
• Must have excellent knowledge of care systems and clinical governance
