Care UK is seeking a Home Manager for Strathview, a 25-bed residential and dementia care home in Scotland. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while safeguarding budgets and quality of care.

The role requires 2–3 years’ experience as a home manager in older people’s residential or dementia settings, with a focus on building strong relationships with families and local agencies. A proactive, improvement-focused leader is essential.

Home Manager post at Strathview, a 25-bed residential and dementia care home run by Care UK, a private provider with over 250 homes. The role covers the day-to-day running of the home, leading all staff, keeping the service compliant with regulation and managing its budget and accounts. It is a single-site leadership role in a dementia setting, with strong relationships to build with families and local agencies. Candidates need at least two to three years as a home manager, with older people in residential or dementia care.

What’s required

Experience

• 2-3+ years' experience as a home manager
• Experience caring for older people in residential and dementia settings
