Major Recruitment in Ashford is seeking a Trade Assistant to join our interiors installation team. You will work alongside an experienced installer in a two-person crew, helping to complete high-quality interior installations in customers' homes.

The role involves manual handling, loading/unloading tools, taking measurements, and providing excellent customer service in occupied homes. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with interior installations in customers' homes.
• Supporting the lead installer throughout the day.
• Carrying and lifting materials when required.
• Holding tape measures and assisting with accurate measurements.
• Loading and unloading tools and materials.
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
• Providing excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
