B&Q Tamworth is recruiting a Customer Advisor on a part-time contract (15 hours per week). You’ll guide customers, handle sales and stock tasks, and keep displays tidy. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting is available, with focus on excellent service.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday 7:00–22:00, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.10. A diverse, inclusive workplace and training opportunities are offered as part of a permanent role.

Formación

• Friendly and outgoing; eager to help customers.
• Able to work in a team and on a rota including weekends/evenings/bank holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with home improvement queries and sales.
• Stock management and setting up displays.
• Help train in paint-mixing and timber cutting.
• Ensure store looks great and maintain customer service focus.
