Job summary

B&Q Limited in Palmers Green is hiring a Customer Advisor on a permanent part-time basis, 20 hours per week, with shifts Mon-Sun 7:00-22:00. The notional hourly rate is £14, including a store location allowance.

You'll be an expert advisor, helping customers with home improvement projects, handle stock, displays, and ensure the store looks great. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting is available; delivering excellent customer service is the main goal.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, enjoys helping others.
• Willing to learn new technology and ways of working.
• Able to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and advise customers to meet home improvement needs.
• Manage stock, set up displays and keep the store looking inviting.
• Provide great customer service as the main goal.
• Opportunity to train in paint-mixing and timber cutting.
