B&Q Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Advisor on a permanent part-time contract (15/20 hours per week). Shifts span Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–8.00pm, with a store-specific location allowance of £0.54 per hour included.

This role offers a practical entry into customer service in a busy home improvement environment. You’ll be an expert advisor, helping customers plan projects, manage stock, and set up displays.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing with a buzz for helping others.
• Willing to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Able to work in a team and on a rota including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Sales will be important and you’ll help customers with home improvement projects.
• Manage stock, set up displays and keep the store looking great.
• Opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber; great customer service is key.
