Job summary

The post involves home visits, delivering mobility-related therapies, and collaboration with senior therapists. Weekend Service is part of the duties, with emphasis on safe practice and professional communication.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care required/desired.
• Commit to Foundation Degree and any training when available.

Responsibilities

• Assess and deliver therapeutic treatments to patients at home.
• Take responsibility for designated elements of patient treatment protocols.
• Provide mobility equipment guidance as a technical resource.
• Document, evaluate and liaise with Physiotherapists/Occupational Therapists.
