Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Lewes, United Kingdom, seeks a PCT II HT to assist in home dialysis training and support under the supervision of a Home Therapies registered nurse. You will help prepare equipment, collect samples, manage supplies, and coordinate patient care across the clinic and home setting.

Qualifications

• Requires at least two years of patient care experience in a hospital or related facility.
• Must have a valid PCT national certification or CMS state-specific certification.
• CPR certification and basic training in patient care required.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces home hemodialysis and/or peritoneal dialysis training as permitted by law.
• Assists in setup and maintenance of home dialysis, under supervision of HT RN.
• Prepares, collects, and ships lab specimens; manages supplies and patient records.
• Schedules patient appointments and coordinates with care partners and staff.
• Participates in audits, infection control, and staff training activities.
