John Lewis & Partners in Oxford is seeking a Home Design Stylist to inspire customers with the perfect home decor and drive sales. The role includes a night premium for hours 22:00–06:00 at £4.25 per hour and flexible, varied hours across seven days to include evenings and weekends.
You will own projects, build rapport with customers, stay ahead of design trends, and support the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. CAD and 3D roomstyler experience are desirable.
As a Home Design Stylist, you'll work with and inspire customers to find the perfect home decor they'll fall in love with. Helping to drive sales and profit across our home departments and deliver the very best, personalised shopping experience expected of the John Lewis brand.
In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.25 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
