Home Delivery Driver Job Description

Role Overview: Our Home Delivery Drivers are ambassadors for our business. In this role, you’ll be delivering shopping to customers’ doors, providing exceptional customer service, and connecting directly with our customers as the face of Iceland.

Ideal Candidate: If you love the open road, possess strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, you could be a great fit for this role.

Responsibilities: You must be a self-starter, capable of managing a hectic workload, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and providing excellent service despite daily challenges on the road. Additionally, you will support the wider store operation, assisting with tasks such as checkout or stock packing as needed, demonstrating teamwork and dedication to customer service.
