Home Delivery Driver Role

Our Home Delivery Drivers are ambassadors for our business. In this role, you’ll be delivering shopping to customers' doors, providing exceptional customer service, and connecting directly with our customers as the face of Iceland.

If you love the open road, have strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, you could be a great fit for this role.

We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys managing a busy workload, puts customers first, and delivers the best service despite daily challenges on the road.

In addition to delivery, you will support the wider store operations, assisting with tasks such as checking out customers or packing stock, demonstrating team spirit and commitment to excellent service.

Requirements

• Current driving licence held for at least 3 years

Working Hours

Shifts can start as early as 6am and finish as late as 11pm. The role is fully flexible over 7 days, typically involving 3-4 shifts per week, ranging from 4 to 8 hours, with start times between 8am and 9pm. Weekend availability is essential.
