Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is looking for a reliable cleaner to keep residential locations and communal areas clean, pleasant and safe for residents and staff.

You will follow cleaning procedures, use products safely, and ensure COSHH and health and safety rules are observed. The role suits a team player who can work independently to meet residents’ needs with a friendly, attentive approach.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Customer Service
• Safe use of cleaning products
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment (e.g. carpet cleaners)
• Understanding of data protection and safeguarding of vulnerable adults
• Health & safety in the workplace including COSHH

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers in home environments or communal areas
• Ensure cleaning products are used effectively, with instructions and health and safety procedures followed at all times
